GTA Vice City Starman Mod is very inspired by the American culture of the 1980s. GTA Vice City Starman Mod is based in Miami and set in 1986, and the story revolves around a Mafia member named Tommy Vercetti, who just got out of prison.
After being sent in a failed drug deal, Tommy is dedicated to finding the culprits while building a criminal empire and seizing other criminal organizations in the city.
The game uses a modified version of the game engine used in Grand Theft Auto III and similarly presents a vast urban landscape, entirely populated with Buildings, Vehicles, and Citizens.
As in previous editions of the saga, GTA Vice City Starman Mod has elements of driving games, third-person shooter, and a characteristic game mode in which the "Open World" gives the total player control of their own gaming experience.
